Alexandra began her career in the private sector directing and developing a Human Resources department in the sales industry.
Among her main functions was the implementation and execution of payroll services for a staff of 150 employees and two companies.
Some of her areas of expertise in this matter includes:

• The accumulation of licenses
• Development and administration of plans and procedures for staff,
• Implementing and updating the compensation program annually
• Development of policies and procedures that are in line with Federal and State laws

As entrepreneur she provides “advise” to the Companies under a holistic vision of the department, covering all its needs, by developing
plans that mitigate them. With 3 years of experience in the field, a Master’s in Human Resources and being certified in the Registry of
Occupational Injuries and Diseases- OSHA 300, in several ADP payroll courses and being an active member of the SHRM, Alexandra
seeks to help you manage the most important asset of your Company, Human Resources.
